Nyaara - (Nya Raa) adjective: Uniquely loveable, usually used in reference to a child or home
Our Story
We are cousins, brought up in Jaipur surrounded by the rich cultural and textile traditions of Rajasthan, our homes were a reflection of this vibrant textile heritage, full of color and artistic flavor. As we grew up we tried to recreate this lifestyle with simple cotton comforters, table linens, and curtains for our adult homes. These were things we remembered from our childhood like art made with eco-friendly dyes on incredibly soft cotton. We found to our sorrow that the craft was disappearing to be replaced by cheaper mass produced factory made cloth that lacked the charm and the warmth that we were used to. We went on an entrepreneurial journey to recreate traditional dyes and textiles in designs that complement our modern lifestyle and Nyaara was born. Welcome!
